About Us Fast Eddie’s Pit Beef & Catering has been serving Harford County since 1996, firing up fresh meats cooked the old-fashioned way — over an open flame and sliced hot to order! What started as a small roadside pit has grown into a local favorite known for juicy pit beef, hearty sandwiches, and friendly hometown service. We also offer catering for events of 75 or more guests and party platters for smaller gatherings, bringing the same smoky flavor straight to your celebration. Our Harford County carry-out has moved just across the street from the original stand — now proudly located at 2807 Belair Rd., Fallston, MD. Stop by, grab a sandwich hot off the pit, and taste why we’ve been a local tradition for nearly three decades.
